Time flies when you're having fun.

So, next weeks officially marks the third month of officially being a Peace Corps volunteer. It's hard to believe I've almost been in Peru for 6 months and a volunteer for three. I feel like I just got to site, though I don't know why, I've been working hard since I got there. We had a pretty big community diagnostic to do. Basically, I wrote 30 pages about all things Pambarumbe: Demographics, Education system, Health, Clubs/Organizations, etc. It took me a long time and it was a lot of work but it was good work and I'm happy with the result.

There is a meeting for three days in Pacasmayo next week and we have to give ten minute presentations about our sites. It'll be cool to hear what everyone else's experiences have been since I haven't kept in touch with everyone.

I don't have any pictures to add but for the meeting, I have to make a power point presentation about my site and I'm going to take a bunch of pictures tomorrow and tuesday. When I come in next time, hopefully I can put up a bunch of pictures to give you all a view of my town and what it looks like to live in a very rural site in the Andes.

Hopefully everyone is doing well in the states.
